The South Deck Project consists of evaluations of the S. Deck concrete areas, the Pool Shell, the Pool Equipment, The plumbing and shower areas, the electrical distribution and conduits, the furnishings, landscaping, paver surface and railing.

A Study specifically on the pool itself was performed by SInclair Engineering.
